My goal for May was to lose 4 pounds so I have surpassed that, thank You, Jesus!!

I needed to lose .2 pounds more to keep up with the 1 pound a week average. Some weeks it is a little more, some a little less.
I exercised 2 hours and 15 min. this week--unless I forgot to write down what I did last Friday.
I'll report on June 1 with pictures--betcha can't wait for that!!
