Having struggled with weight problems for most of my marriage, having lost 80 pounds only to regain 90, I am now committed to losing 30 more pounds and maintaining.

Hurray! Loss of 3 lbs. for the week.
Changes I've made:
more water
not eating back all of my exercise calories
giving up sugary treats for the month
