Week 14

Last week I combined the April 1 posting together with week 13 even though it was one day off. On April 1 I weighed 236.8 but after my birthday dinner out (no sweets) I soared the next day to 239.8 but was back down on Friday. It could have been just one of those weird things that happen to people who weigh daily. Yes, I weigh daily but I report it on CalorieKing weekly and you have to look at the bigger picture.

January 1: 247.6
April 1: 236.8
April 9: 234.6
April 9, 2008: 264.6 Today I weigh 30 pounds less. I am 36.4 pounds lighter than my highest weight.

On CalorieKing I checked my stats for the 6 months I've been with them.

BMI 40.9 36.6 Still considered obese, but getting closer to being "overweight."

Looking back over this period of time I can see I am making significant headway.

Still no french fries or soda. This month I am eating no sweets. On May 1 I will eat one Hersheys Dark Chocolate Nugget. Worth waiting for? You betcha.

This week I did almost 4 hours of exercise (short by about 3 min.).

  1. 13" loss in your hips! That's fabulous!! Way to rock it. Sorry about the tacos yesterday. If I'd brought my DS, we could have checked it first.
