Looking back over this period of time I can see I am making significant headway.
Still no french fries or soda. This month I am eating no sweets. On May 1 I will eat one Hersheys Dark Chocolate Nugget. Worth waiting for? You betcha.
This week I did almost 4 hours of exercise (short by about 3 min.).
13" loss in your hips! That's fabulous!! Way to rock it. Sorry about the tacos yesterday. If I'd brought my DS, we could have checked it first.
