I'm barely getting in my required 150 min. of exercise per week due to busyness. But I do walk back and forth from the house to the campus more than once a day, so that is around 900 steps each trip. Today I need to be over to the classroom by 7:45 to help set up the projector and see if I can get the computer to show what is also on the wall. Long story.
